Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected by our company SkySafe Studios through our mobile applications and the use of the information.
We do NOT collect personal information of your child.
The only thing we do collect are anonymous statistics of the usage of the app to understand it better, its usability and to improve the app.
We are using a third party service for that. They store this information securely. This is only anonymous statistic information provided to us and no one else, to see were the week points of our app are.
We do not know about any other information such as: name, address, email, phone-numbers or photos.
To receive information on new Apps we release, we need your email address.
We provide a free, optional newsletter that parents can elect to receive by submitting a request on our website at www.skysafestudios.com. Our collection of email addresses to send newsletters is made under Section 312(c)(3) of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013, which require that we notify you that:
(i) we are collecting the email address for the sole purpose of sending the newsletters;
(ii) we use the email address solely for that purpose and the email address is not combined with
any other information; and
(iii) that you may opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing. Our newsletter is provided through our third party service providers, so we share your email address with them for the sole purpose of fulfilling newsletter subscriptions.
When you request support, you may send us an email or contact us via our support page on our website.
We allow users to contact us if they have support questions and suggestions about use of our mobile applications. If you submit a support request, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request (“Support Information”). We use Support Information only.
We do not integrate any social media in the app.
The only part were you are able to go to our facebook or twitter page is securely positioned in the “For Parents” section of the app, with a secure parent gate. Children are not able to access this area by themself.
We do not have any third-party advertising within the app.
